Submitting your business is free, but inclusion is not guaranteed.

We welcome submissions from businesses serving Las Vegas visitors, including:

- Restaurants, cafés and buffets
- Bars, lounges, nightclubs and speakeasies
- Shows and live entertainment
- Tours, attractions and experiences
- Wedding venues and service providers
- Transport, limousine and car-hire companies
- Spas, pools and fitness facilities
- Travel services and other visitor-focused businesses
If your business does not fit one of these categories but offers something genuinely useful to Las Vegas travellers, you are still welcome to submit it.
How Businesses Are Selected
Every submission is considered according to its relevance and usefulness to the VegasWizzard audience.
Our editorial principle: A business does not need to provide VegasWizzard with any financial, promotional or other benefit to be considered for inclusion. However, its inclusion must provide a clear benefit to our audience through value, quality, convenience, originality or genuinely useful information.
Factors we may consider include:
- Relevance to people visiting Las Vegas
- Overall quality and customer experience
- Value for money
- Location and convenience
- Independent customer feedback
- What makes the business distinctive
- Whether it fills a genuine gap in our existing guides
- The accuracy and usefulness of the information provided
Submitting a business does not guarantee that it will be featured, and editorial rankings or recommendations cannot be purchased.
What Should You Send?
Please include as much of the following information as possible:
- Business name
- Website and social-media links
- Business address or service area
- A short explanation of what the business offers
- What makes it useful or distinctive for Las Vegas visitors
- Current prices, menus or packages where relevant
- Opening hours
- Booking information
- Current promotions or visitor offers
- High-quality photographs
- The best contact person for any follow-up questions
Only send photographs and other materials that you own or have permission to share. When submitting them, please confirm that VegasWizzard may use them when covering your business.
You do not need to write a finished article. Clear and accurate information is more useful than promotional copy.
What Happens After You Submit?
We will review the information and decide whether the business is suitable for an existing or future VegasWizzard guide.
Depending on its relevance, your business may be:
- Added to an existing guide
- Considered for a future article
- Mentioned in a relevant travel-planning page
- Contacted for further details
- Invited to discuss a visit, review or commercial opportunity
We may independently verify submitted information and edit it for accuracy, clarity and consistency with the rest of the website.
We cannot guarantee publication or provide a specific publication date for every submission.
Already Featured on VegasWizzard?
If your business already appears on VegasWizzard, you are welcome to send us:
- Corrected or updated information
- New opening hours or prices
- Updated menus or packages
- New photographs
- Details of closures or major changes
- A more suitable booking link
- Time-sensitive news or visitor offers
We want our guides to remain accurate and useful, so legitimate corrections are always welcome.
However, submitting an update does not guarantee a particular description, position or ranking.
Featured on VegasWizzard Badge
Businesses featured on the website may be invited to display a Featured on VegasWizzard badge on their website.
The badge helps visitors find the relevant independent VegasWizzard guide and gives your business a simple way to share its inclusion.
Displaying the badge is entirely optional and does not affect how a business is reviewed, described or ranked.
Advertising and Affiliate Partnerships
Submitting a business for editorial consideration is free.
An affiliate partnership, complimentary experience or other commercial relationship does not guarantee inclusion, a particular ranking or a positive recommendation.
If VegasWizzard offers a separate paid advertising or sponsored opportunity, it will be clearly identified and kept distinct from independent editorial recommendations.
